DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
JOB TITLE: Electrical & Electronic CAE Engineer - 18392BR
Position Duties:
EECAE (Electrical and Electronic Computer Aided Engineering) Application Engineer to support forward model vehicle program teams.
* EECAE Engineers are also required to manage dual role responsibilities as follows:
As EECAE Subsystem Owner:
Perform EECAE Analysis on EE systems, subsystems, and components.
* Deciding what EECAE analysis applies to what subsystems in their section or their subsystems in the Master EECAE Work Plan.
* Reviewing and approving/rejecting Device Transmittals applicable to their subsystem in order to support their Subsystem EECAE analysis.
As EECAE Program Lead Engineer:
* Assembling the Program Work plan from the latest Master EECAE Work Plan.
* Communicating to the responsible Subsystem EECAE engineers when and where the Program EECAE Work plan is available for edit/customization.
* Maintaining and where applicable, performing the cross Subsystem EECAE analysis. This will include Sneak circuit analysis.
* Providing communication between the Program EEPMT and the EECAE Subsystem engineers in regards to issues related to EECAE analysis.
