Associate Engineering Technician
Location: Kalamazoo, Michigan (3rd Shift 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support to engineers and scientists on various technical tasks.
- Testing products to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance with specifications.
- Preparing technical reports and documentation to capture test results and findings.
- Setting up, operating, and troubleshooting test equipment and instruments.
- Conducting data collection, analysis, and interpretation to support engineering decisions.
- Maintaining accurate records of test procedures, results, and observations.
- Assisting in developing and improving test procedures and protocols.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product development and quality assurance.
- Identifying and reporting any product performance issues or inconsistencies.
- Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and regulatory requirements during testing.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in engineering, technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to interpret technical data and documentation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience with testing procedures and equipment is a plus.
- Familiarity with engineering documentation and reporting is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic electrical, mechanical, or software testing methodologies is a plus.
