We specialize in designing and building turnkey finishing equipment for cleaning, stripping, electroplating, coating, and conversion coating across various industries. Key Responsibilities * Design and engineer custom automated machinery, ensuring solutions meet customer specifications and quality standards. * Create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and drawings using CAD software. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including controls engineers, project managers, and fabrication, to deliver fully integrated systems. * Oversee the design process from concept through fabrication, installation, and testing. * Troubleshoot and resolve design and engineering challenges during the fabrication and commissioning phases. * Evaluate customer requirements, budgets, and timelines to develop optimal engineering solutions. * Participate in customer facing concept reviews * Support Project Management team in project scheduling Qualifications * 5 years of experience in mechanical design for custom automated machinery or related industries. * Proficiency in CAD software (Inventor, SolidWorks, or similar). * Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including pneumatics, hydraulics, and precision motion. * Experience with GD&T and mechanical detailing. * Knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining, welding, and assembly. * Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. * Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
