Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales transactions, providing customers with product and service information, answering questions, and meeting customer needs. You will quickly become familiar with ConveyX products and services and the material handling industry. This position requires comfort and experience in making phone calls, engaging with customers, and maintaining existing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track quotes, orders, and sales transactions.
- Handle large volumes of incoming phone calls and email interactions.
- Communicate directly with customers to generate sales leads and new opportunities.
- Identify customer needs and ensure they are met or exceeded to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information both internally and externally.
- Ensure timely responses to customers.
- Perform data entry and keep accurate records of customer interactions, accounts, and documents.
Requirements:
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proactive, self-motivated, creative, and possess superior communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint).
- Passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
- Internal applicants should have experience with the CXC Gem Tools.
- External applicants should be able to quickly learn new software and must be detail-oriented and possess organizational skills.
- A minimum of one year of relative, successful experience is preferred.
