We are looking for an experienced product owner in the life insurance industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the execution and communication of cross-functional projects for insurance product development.
- Proactively communicate status, raise blockers, and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams (QA, BA, Development) to prioritize and deliver results.
- Drive operational excellence and advocate for cultural changes that promote success and growth.
- Focus on implementing new insurance products and driving their release while navigating the complexities of large-scope projects.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years in a Product Owner role working in a Life insurance industry.
- Life insurance experience strongly preferred (understanding compliance, regulations, and vendor relationships).
- Other insurance (P&C, health) is a plus.
- Strong ability to convey technical requirements, scope projects, and communicate effectively with developers, QAs, and BAs.
- Experience in application development and implementation projects.
- Road mapping and Planning:
- Experience in creating roadmaps and managing project execution.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and interact with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
