We are currently seeking a full-time Refrigeration Apprentice with either an educational or hands-on work experience in HVAC. Responsibilities would include:
-Able to obtain, review, and decipher print package.
-Able to analyze parts delivered from the stockroom to determine their appropriateness and those on back order.
-Interpret schematics from print package and design refrigeration system as necessary.
-Mount components in frame per prints and knowledge.
-Able to create piping of system for accessibility by others per prints and knowledge.
-Prepare coil for installation. Fit distributer. Solider distributer to coil.
-Make and install pots.
-Design and build valve panel.
-Configure piping system and solder.
-Able to understand and follow Thermotron piping standards.
-Leak check refrigeration system according to established procedure.
