REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field required. Master’s Degree preferred.
* Five (5) years or more experience in Accounting or Finance related fields required.
* Knowledge of investments and investment accounting required.
* Excellent analytical, organizational, presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently or within a team environment and with multiple priorities.
* Knowledge of ERISA, DOL, IRS rules and regulations.
* Ability to plan, organize, direct and control projects.
* Proficient in current industry standard PC applications and systems (Access, Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook) required.
* Ability to lead and contribute to process improvement projects.
* Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job.
