REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Technology, Technical Communications or related field preferred.
* Three (3) to five (5) years claims/benefits or two (2) years corporate writing experience and/or similar experience in related field.
* Demonstrated oral and written communications skills, with emphasis on syntax, grammar and presentation of material.
* Demonstrated PC skills: Word Processing, DOS or Windows required; Desktop Publishing, Spreadsheets, Project Management software preferred.
* Knowledge of Medical Terminology preferred.
* Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job.
Department Requirements/Preferences:
* Demonstrated ability to analyze and compile data for monitoring and reporting purposes preferred.
* Demonstrated reporting capabilities (e.g., build reports) preferred.
* Demonstrated strong analytical skills.
* Knowledge of process flows preferred.
* Knowledge of SharePoint and InfoPath preferred.
