Description
Under the direction of the Warranty Manager, the Warranty Analyst works with internal departments, suppliers and manufacturers to ensure that all warranty claims are submitted with proper compliance, accuracy and timeliness.
Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Pay: $27 - 35/hr (Depending on experience)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Process high volume of warranty claims for multiple locations
Coordinate the processing of dealer sponsored warranty claims for assigned fleets
Reconcile warranty financial schedules
Answer internal and external warranty related questions
Assist with warranty training
Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required and two years of related work experience required.
Intermediate computer skills and experience in Google Applications. Must possess demonstrated skills in computer-generated business systems.
Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently are required.
Knowledge of the transportation industry
Valid driver's license required
Dependable and reliable attendance required.
