We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team and ensure the cleanliness and comfort of our guest accommodations.
Job Summary: The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming and pristine environment for all guests. This role requires a meticulous and efficient individual who can uphold our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to established standards.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed.
- Replenish guest supplies and ensure rooms are stocked with necessary items.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and tools are used safely and properly maintained.
- Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist with laundry duties as required.
- Provide exceptional service to guests, addressing any requests or concerns promptly and courteously.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
