The Regional Legal Information Manager works with Legal and Business Unit staff in the Southern United States, Africa, and Europe to manage and maintain the Conservancy's legal conservation database, which tracks the Conservancy's land and water protection activity. Responsibilities include managing the internal conservation project approval process, performing real estate transaction data entry, and providing file and document management support in assigned geographic areas. They provide training and support to business unit staff, respond to questions, and resolve issues pertaining to land/water protection documentation and files. They can efficiently and effectively articulate basic legal concepts and internal policies and procedures to others. They will also generate periodic and ad hoc reports for internal and external purposes and prepare financial information for posting to the Conservancy's general ledger.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years' relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience maintaining a centralized relational database system.

Experience in designing, implementing, and directing multiple projects.

Experience with drafting and editing professional documents.

SALARY INFORMATION
The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $60,000 - $85,000 for annual base salary. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate's actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Your geographic location will be confirmed during the recruitment.
