Position Title: Trust Operations Specialist

Reports To: Trust Manager

General Purpose: Provides administrative and operational support.

Responsibilities:

• Prepares new account documentation and set up accounts.
• Prepare transfer forms.
• Gathers and maintains required documents and ensure files are complete.
• Prepares correspondence and client reports.
• Reviews and pays client bills.
• Works in partnership with administrators and trust officers.
• Independently research and resolve processing issues.
• Receive and deliver securities for account transfers.
• Research and respond to client inquiries.
• Takes ownership of projects as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education/Experience

• Associates or Bachelors’ Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred
• Trust experience is preferred

Skills

• Demonstrates good customer service.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Effectively work as a team member and independently.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
