The scientist will be expected to work closely with the PI and other lab personnel in the implementation of this research program. A BS with some experience in cell biology, developmental biology, immunology, physiology, or related field is required. Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work hard and be flexible in a fast-paced environment, and ability to get along with other lab members are important. Prior experience with rodents, cell culture, microscopy, RNA/qPCR, western blotting, computational biology, and/or flow cytometry would be helpful but is not required. Motivated candidates will be quickly trained in all these methods. Minor responsibilities will include lab organization. - Performs experimental procedures in one or more areas of work under the supervision of higher level research staff.
- Helps clean up after experiments.
- Administers tests, gathers data, records observations and measurements.

- Responsible for completing lab documentation for inspections
- Research Lab Tech Intermediate: HS Diploma or Assoc Degree and 1+ years experience.
- Research Lab Tech Senior: Bachelor's degree and 1+ years experience
- Research Lab Tech Intermediate: Bachelor's Degree preferred.

This is a 1 year term-limited appointment. At the end of the stated term, your appointment will terminate, and will not be eligible for Reduction-in-Force (RIF) benefits.
