Arrow specializes in concrete foundations and structures, flatwork, and curb & gutter projects across Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. From municipal streets to MDOT road/bridge projects, our work spans a variety of exciting and impactful developments.
WHAT WE OFFER.
- $80,000 – $110,000 annual salary based on your skills and experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO.
As a Project Manager, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects. You’ll lead field operations, manage resources, and work closely with our team to deliver quality results. Here’s what your responsibilities will include:
- Manage field operations and ensure projects meet specifications and plans.
- Monitor costs and ensure adherence to project budgets.
- Implement and support safety compliance measures on-site.
- Report project updates and performance data to stakeholders.
- Assist in developing competitive project bids and estimates.
- Work with operations management/owners to align project resources and schedules with goals.
- Visit project sites across the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and collaborate with teams to meet deadlines. Travel will be based on project needs.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
We’re seeking a leader who is knowledgeable about concrete construction. Ideal candidates will have:
- Your experience matters most to us. A minimum of 3 years of concrete and/or field experience is required; a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage field staff and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with D.O.T. or commercial concrete construction projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (WORD, Excel).
- A valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
- A commitment to quality, safety, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel and be available as needed, typical of the concrete industry.
