Job Description Expectations and Essential Responsibilities * Enhance the Project Management Office, designing the framework for effective project delivery and governance, including relevant processes, policies, and tools. * Develop and maintain effective project management methodologies to drive successful project delivery and ensure consistency across all projects. * Identify and scope opportunities to improve operational efficiencies, improve quality, and implement scalable solutions * Manage project resources, budgets, and timelines, while identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues. * Take ownership of the project portfolio, prioritizing projects based on business objectives and resource availability. * Educate employees on the project methodology and promote adoption across Professional Services, fostering a culture of effective project management. * Lead the roll-out of the project methodology to global teams, ensuring standardization and best practices are implemented worldwide. * Partner with teams across the organization and multiple programs to source, allocate, and coordinate resources by driving critical prioritization discussions. * Manage and deliver results on complex programs and related projects across multiple organizations. * Create metrics reporting to drive both operational and program improvements that define business needs. * Drive adoption of project management software, dashboards, and reporting tools to provide real-time visibility into project status, risks, and financials. * Generate comprehensive on-boarding tools and information sources to enable new hires to get up to speed quickly. * Cultivate a culture of excellence and elevating project management competencies across the organization via learning and best practice forums to enhance skills and capabilities of project management teams. Education and Experience * BS degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. PMP certification or equivalent an asset. * Minimum of 8+ years in project management, with at least 4 years of experience in a mentor or leadership role. * In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. * Extensive experience in developing and implementing project management frameworks for global organizations. * Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. * Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail. * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization. * Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams. * Experience using data and insights to develop targeted programmatic efforts to address problems and opportunities/ * Self-starter, intellectually curious and resourceful when faced with limited options. * Experience acting independently across competing priorities. * Must be willing and able to travel 10%. * Must be comfortable with new technologies.
