Job Details

POSITION PURPOSE

Responsible for providing clerical support for all mortgage activities.  Assists with the administration of the mortgage escrow program.  Responsible for post-closing activities.  Assists or refers members as necessary. 

QUALIFICATIONS 

Education/Certification:  High school graduate.                                                

Required Knowledge:   Knowledge of mortgage loan products, services and procedures.

Experience Required:  Three to five years of related mortgage servicing experience.

Skills/Abilities:  Good verbal and public relations skills.  Strong organizational skills.  Able to operate related computer applications and basic business equipment.  Able to work effectively under time constraints.
