About the Role: Delta-Veyor Corp. is seeking an experienced Lead Assembler to join our team in overseeing the assembly of industrial roller conveyor systems. This hybrid leadership role combines hands-on assembly work with team supervision and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide guidance to a team of 4 assemblers while maintaining high quality standards.
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for all conveyor systems.
- Resolve quality control and engineering challenges in real-time.
- Interface with customers to address technical inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
- Oversee daily assembly operations and workflow optimization.
- Train and mentor team members on assembly procedures and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in industrial assembly, preferably with conveyor systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Technical problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for both team and customer interactions.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision.
