What You’ll Be Doing
- Conducting initial assessments like the Sherlock Holmes of patient care—minus the pipe, plus the stethoscope.
- Crafting individualized care plans with the precision of a master strategist.
- Bridging the gap between clients, caregivers, physicians, and other healthcare pros like the ultimate healthcare matchmaker.
- Ensuring compliance with Medicare guidelines (because rules CAN be fun, promise!).
- Providing ongoing support and check-ins that feel more like a friendly catch-up than a formal follow-up.
- Keeping records so accurate and detailed they’d make an accountant jealous.
What We Need From You
- A valid RN license in Michigan—because official credentials matter!
- Previous home health care experience? Even better!
- Stellar communication skills—because connecting with people is at the heart of great care.
- The ability to work solo AND in a team—because teamwork makes the dream work.
