Customer Service Representative Senior
LOCATION: Ottawa Avenue, Grand Rapids
SCHEDULE: M-F(8:30am-5pm) *Schedules subject to change*
POSITION SUMMARY:
- Process customer transactions and answers or investigates customer inquiries.
- Performs and expedites in an efficient and courteous manner the teller servicing of transactions within the established policies and procedures.
- Follow the policies and procedures of Macatawa Bank for proper balancing and to minimize loss exposure to the Bank.
- Exhibit effective follow through and ownership in every customer transaction.
- Refer Products and Services
- Retains a current and complete knowledge of the Bank’s products and services.
- Have a high desire to uncover additional customer needs and refer customers for additional products and services.
- Supports, mentors and coaches CSR’s in sales and Customer Service expectations.
- Familiar with the following Operational branch duties:
- Maintenance requests
- Branch Balancing
- Branch Capture
- Vault
- ATM
- Audit Procedures
- Performs additional duties as required
- Works as a team player to assist co-workers and managers in completing daily tasks and responsibilities when needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of related experience
- Excellent face-to-face customer service experience
- Cash handling experience is preferred
- Basic computer skills preferred
