Estimated annual base pay: Level 1- Min $104,800.00 - Mid $131,000.00 - Max $157,200.00

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a seasoned Sourcing or Sub-Contracting Manager with solid contract experience including aerospace and defense, then we have an exciting opportunity for you. This person is responsible for sourcing decisions based on alignment to strategy, competitiveness demonstrated through solicitation standards, and contract and cost management. Key initiatives include the evolution of a world class supply chain, commercial and contract management, and supply base consolidation.
What You Will Be Doing
Negotiate B2B commercial agreements including contract management
Cost management with a tight connection to product level impact
Partnering with extended supply chain members to execute strategy and deliver maximum value to the enterprise.
Soliciting and rationalizing a supply base to develop the optimal relationships to meet the category requirements.
Knowledge: Ability to understand process technology within given category assignments. Machining/Fabricationtechnologies, Castings/Forgings/Additive/Metal Injection Molding, Engineered Components - Sensors, Motors, Solenoid Valves, Bearings, Seals, etc. or Electronics - PCBA, Wiring harness, electrical and electronic components.
Supporting customer solicitation requestions & appropriate audit responses.
Administrating FAR/DFAR compliant subcontract awards.
What We Are Looking For
Level 1 - Govt Subcontract Manager
4 year bachelor degree is required, advanced business degree preferred
5+ years Strategic Sourcing experience required
Experience in negotiating agreements in FAR settings Required
Direct Procurement B2B contract negotiations include long-form Terms & Conditions and multi-year pricing structures preferred
commodity portfolio management experience preferred
Purchasing and Project Management certifications preferred
Experience with managing TINA Contracts preferred
Domestic and international travel required
