Assoc Admin Assistant
Responsibilities
- Cash handling, coordinating meeting and external events
- Preparing and handling highly confidential information
- Maintaining content, accuracy, and visual organization of files (or informational databases)
- Managing, updating, and appropriately communicating documental documents
- Managing departmental projects as assigned
- Preparing power point presentations
- Perform tasks associated with location support responsibilities, including customer interactions, visitors, mail, email, and telephone support
- Process payments for supplier invoices
- Perform general administrative support
- Perform market level trend reporting and admin back-up within market
- Multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Show strong attention to detail and communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative
- Demonstrate strong computer skills in Excel, Work, PowerPoint
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $37,000 - $58,950
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process

Qualifications
- Previous administrative or customer service experience proven
- Proven track record of managing multiple and competing priorities
- File management (DOT & Safety)
- Payroll Experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – (Outlook, word, excel and power point) Adobe Acrobat
- Proficient in using Apple (iPhone, iPad and iOS and mobile applications)
- Must be highly organized and detailed oriented in a fast-paced working environment
- Must have strong communication, interpersonal, time managements and problem-solving skills
