The Senior Director of Global Freight Operations reports into the Global Supply Chain Services organization and is accountable for the enterprise-wide management of the KLA Freight and Trade Operations network. Functional responsibilities include delivering operational excellence and resilience by strategically leveraging KLA's carriers and customs brokers. The key internal customers for Global Freight Operations are the Global Services Logistics, Global Manufacturing Logistics and Corporate Compliance teams. Global Freight Operations is a rapidly growing and an essential element of assuring that KLA meets the world-wide demand to bring new products and services to market.
KLA has manufacturing sites across the globe, including Wales, Germany, Denmark, Israel, Korea, China, Singapore, Milpitas (CA) and across the US and spares distribution centers in Milpitas (CA), Singapore, Israel and UK/Amsterdam networked into local parts depots strategically deployed to support KLA's rapidly growing customer base. Frequent international travel is required and 7x24 support is demanded from the freight operation.
This role is in Ann Arbor, Michigan, with a mission focused on strategically positioning and effectively delivering equipment and parts on time into KLA's growing market utilizing in-situ track and trace protocols.
Responsibilities
The Senior Director Global Freight Operations is responsible for managing, scaling, optimizing and setting the strategy for Freight and Trade Operations. The role also includes the effective leadership of a globally deployed staff and third-party customs brokers and freight suppliers.

Minimum Qualifications
Master's Level Degree with at least 12 years of experience OR
Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 14 years of experience
