Are you looking for a Great Place to Work? You will enjoy a positive and stress-free environment as an employee at Romanow Building Services. Our company is accepting applications for Sub to full-time janitors in Mt. Pleasant. Rate of Pay $12-13 hourly.
We need reliable, dependable, and detail-orientated workers. Workers will perform various cleaning duties and maintenance tasks for our customers. Individuals must be physically capable of bending, climbing stairs, reaching, pushing/pulling, lifting, etc.
Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age with a Valid Driver's license
- Excellent attendance & reliable transportation
- Pass a background and reference check
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong communication skills
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to lift 40 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain a healthy and clean environment using approved methods, chemicals & tools.
- Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash.
- Operate floor equipment such as auto floor scrubbers and vacuums.
- General cleaning of floors, furniture, windows, windowsills, and walls.
- Stocking and cleaning of restrooms, break rooms & janitor closets.
- Changing light bulbs
- General snow removal from entrances as needed
- Other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor
