POSITION SUMMARY
The Communications Project Coordinator (CPC) will provide direct support to the Communications Team Leads and/or VP of Communications as needed. The primary responsibility of the CPC is to maintain marketing opportunities for credit unions and their members and assure client satisfaction in all areas for all business units. Additional CPC responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Performing marketing and/or technological research as needed
Documenting, implementing, and overseeing product launches for various marketing-based projects
Willingness to learn, observe, and report on marketing trends and outcomes based on data
Developing collateral materials, daily operational-networks and systems support as well as sales and administrative needs of all business units of Xtend
Creating and providing sales and marketing training programs to internal staff and/or recommendations to client network
Building a strong position within the collective minds of the customers of Xtend Inc.
Develop brand strategies with a holistic approach to communications so that our company's brand touchpoints work in harmony to create a favorable perception in the minds of our partners and prospectsESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Perform all aspects of operational support pertinent to sustain business as assigned.
Leverage technology to optimize Xtend's marketing options (automations, emails, mobile services, social, etc.)
Meet objectives for client retention and new sales & assist in the development and documentation of new initiatives.
Submit all end of month or quarterly reports to the VP of Communications.
Develop and publish collaterals materials in support of Xtend business units.
Assist in the resolution of minor Internal Network & Systems support.
Accept administrative assignments given by the VP of Communications or the CEO of Xtend.
Other duties as assigned by the VP of Communications or the CEO of Xtend.JOB QUALIFICATIONS
High School graduate or equivalent is required.
Two-year degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
Extensive knowledge or credit union operations, regulations and procedures.
Demonstrate the ability and professionalism to interact with and educate key management, colleagues, and clients on key functions of CU*BASE Software, Microsoft Programs and other essential programs by phone, web conference, as well as in person.
Knowledge of and experience with fundamental project management processes and methodologies.
Knowledge of current industry offers, market trends, competitors, and Credit Union lending and member service policies and procedures.
Ability to consult, gather and evaluate needs, provide advice and recommendations, and partner with leaders to achieve organizational objectives.
Demonstrates analytical thinking, problem solving, decision making, and judgment by gathering and applying relevant data to research and resolve issues.
Ability to prioritize and organize work, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast paced, high-volume environment.

Some job assignments at Xtend are primarily conducted within the office building(s) while others have moderate to extensive travel responsibilities as described in the Job Functions and/or Job Qualifications section(s) above.
