Main Responsibilities
Work with Program team to stay informed and aware of upcoming changes.
Work to stay informed and aware of customer-driven changes.
Lead engineering change meetings at the plant.
Coordinate with plant and program team to execute changes.
Maintain clear records of all part and process changes.
Develop an understanding of the Engineering, Materials, IT and Operations functions at a level necessary to validate that changes are managed to completeness.
Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager.

Ability to multitask, interact politely and professionally with customers, suppliers and vendors, and work cooperatively with employees at all levels.
Ability to maintain predictable and regular attendance, arrive to designated location on time, or be at assigned location ready to work for assignment (plant, corporate office, or remote).
Required Education:
Some College | Area of Study:Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing
Required Qualification:
2-5 Minimum Years of Experience within the field.
Less Than 1 Minimum Years of Experience within the automotive industry
Working knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, and Email.
Detail oriented.
Able to accurately communicate to co-workers and management across all departments and functions.
Basic understanding of Supply Chain.
Able to work in a rapidly changing environment.
Ability to process time sensitive information and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience with Inventory Control Planning and Supply Chain
Knowledge of QAD.
Ability to manage and lead meetings.
