Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
3 years of experience in one of the following areas: Production Planning, Data Analytics, Manufacturing Data Analyst, or Power BI Programing

Preferred Qualifications:
Leader with superior analytical skills, exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative and matrixed team environment.
Knowledge in master scheduling, demand management, stockroom, purchasing, design cell, and cost accounting techniques.
Highly skilled in data analysis, manipulation, and presentation, to include software skills with Microsoft Suite.
Knowledge of Oracle and Power BI preferred.

This MASTER SCHEDULER position will be located in our Plant 4, Thermatech Operation. Thermatech is looking for a candidate that can bring strong data analytical and data system improvements in order to enhance the location's ability to meet customer demands. Primary responsibilities will include:
Create and monitor standardized systems of gathering, understanding, and sharing data.
Analyze and disseminate data to relevant audiences.
Make recommendations based on synthesis and interpretation of data.
Create department specific planning schedules for equipment and tooling based on daily receipts and customer forecasts.
Analyze demand and supply at the item, customer, and master schedule levels, determines out-of-balance conditions, identify alternatives and recommend actions for approval.
Conduct rough-cut capacity planning prior to publishing a master schedule in which significant changes have occurred. Summarize daily and weekly master schedules for received product.
Identify, negotiate, and resolve conflicts with respect to material and capacity availability and order-promising integrity. Inform management when demand cannot be met and recommend alternatives on how the requested demand could be satisfied.
Create a master schedule that can be used for detailed material/capacity planning as well as financial planning. Establish a working relationship with all company functions.
Maintain scheduling parameters, such as lead times, lot sizes, cycle times.
