Our client in Center City Philadelphia is looking for an Agile Project Manager to join their team. Position Description: *This position would be a hybrid between Scrum Master and Department Support. * Working under 2 Agile teams (1 Scrum and 1 Kanban - to end of lifecycle) * Coordination and completion of small-scale agile project and overseeing all aspects and agile ceremonies of projects (Scrum and Kanban). *Working with Squad leads to set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project (in a weekly burnup chart distribution). *Providing all support to the team and department necessary using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example. This often includes, but is not limited to: software requests, new team member onboarding/welcoming, software license management, monthly engagement/effort distribution reporting, and team training tracking.
