SHIFT: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
The Contracts Data Management Specialist will be responsible for providing data management and analytics support to the Contracts team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Customer facing conversations to solidify and expand Healthmark relationships within the GPO/IDN.
Customer Master Data management
Address management to prevent addresses not being marked inactive, inconsistent address information, and duplicate customers.
Utilize the Site ID tool to fix duplicate and inaccurate Site IDs as identified and follow USPS address logic.
Responsible for regular audits (which do not currently happen).
System Admin role for Cobblestone
Manage data in CAPS and other systems.
Customer GPO and IDN Affiliation Updates/Audits
Auditing contract data in all systems for consistency
Ensure compliance with DMS agreements and other committed agreements.
Work with IT to manage and audit fee reporting.
Provides necessary data and analytics for the agreement process.
Assist in the development of Customer/Organization Business Reviews as required.
Keep Salesforce CRM up to date on the contact names, numbers, and email addresses for Healthmark's contacts with the individual GPO's and IDN's.
Special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
College Degree - 4-year Undergraduate or equivalent experience.
3+ year experience in item/customer data management, preferably in medical product distribution or manufacturing.
Experience effectively utilizing an ERP system is required, Microsoft Great Plains and/or SAP is a plus.
Highly proficient in the Microsoft platform. (i.e.. Word, Excel, Power Point, Power BI)
Ability to read and understand and follow written and verbal instructions/procedures.
Competent conference call / virtual meeting technique.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Salesforce competency.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and stay focused
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to be detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy, find data attributes to improve, and ability to deal with ambiguity.
