To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to:
- Coordinate activities for department to maintain accurate inventory levels ensuring that production schedules meet or exceed customer requirements
- Forecast customer demand for monthly and weekly budget requirements as well as planning capacity needs for the facility
- Train and delegate responsibilities to department associates to always support sustainable performance meeting customer demand and department metrics
- Responsible for the coaching and mentoring of the department by providing feedback with regards to KPIs related to personnel performance
- Drive cost reduction using systematic approach identifying waste through continuous improvement for products and process
This full-time, salary role is a part of our Materials team and reports to the Plant Manager.
Required experience:
- APICS or Similar Certification preferred
- Bachelors Degree in Management or Business or eight (8) years of work experience.
- Preferred Experience with customer specific systems: GM Supply Power
