Job Description

A Facilities Maintenance Technician I, under the general supervision of the Facilities Management Supervisor, performs skilled and semi-skilled duties related to the maintenance of County and HealthWest facilities. An employee in this class provides repair, alteration, modernization and preventive maintenance duties, and performs other related duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements

Be a high school graduate or have certificate of completion of the General Educational Development test (GED); AND Have a minimum of two (2) years full-time paid work experience in building maintenance or general work.

Have a valid Michigan driver's license.
