SUMMARY
The Floorcare Technician will provide and maintain a clean and sanitary environment by ensuring all floor surfaces are maintained in a manner that supports the customer’s expectation.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operation and training of team members in the proper use of machines and chemicals.
• Successfully maintain hard surface and carpeted flooring throughout the worksite on an ongoing basis.
• Cleaning, buffing, burnishing, stripping, and waxing of VCT and other hard surface flooring.
• Cleaning carpeted surfaces with Extractors and/or Bonnet Machines.
• Scheduling, testing, and evaluating members of the work crew.
