Position Summary: The Health Services Associate assists health services staff requesting and documenting child medical information, entering data, reviewing and creating reports, assisting with clinical activities and performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-Time, Full Year, Non-Exempt
Expected Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8a-4:30p, 40 hours per week
Rate of Pay: HS/GED: $15.50 per hour AA or Higher: $17.08 per hour
Education Requirement:
Minimum – High School Diploma and 2+ years of clerical or administrative work experience.
Preferred – Associate’s Degree and 2+ years of clerical or administrative work experience, preferably in a medical field
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:
- Proficiency in a variety of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills, problem solving and decision making.
- Bilingual skills are desired.
Other Selection Criteria: All candidates must complete a pre-employment drug screen, physical examination, and comprehensive fingerprinted criminal background check, and possess a valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation.
