Microsoft 365 Systems Administrator - Berrien Springs (Full-Time)
This is a Hybrid Work Eligible position. You may be required to come into the Operations Center in Berrien Springs, MI as needed to ensure business needs are met.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Responsible for the maintenance, design, and health of Honor's Microsoft 365 product stack (Teams, OneDrive, Sharepoint, Entra, Intune, etc.) in collaboration with the Infrastructure Team.
Ensures that Honor's Microsoft 365 services are operating to the best of their capabilities while also proactively identifying areas for improvement.
Develops, tests, and maintains backup and disaster recovery solutions.
As Honor's subject matter expert in Microsoft 365 services, serves as an escalation point for advanced application and service troubleshooting for our IT support team.
Responsible for Honor's Microsoft-based identity and access management tools, including single sign on and conditional access controls.
Innovates and develops forward-thinking solutions and collaborates with management for planning and implementation.
Develops and maintains comprehensive system documentation to guarantee consistency and lifecycle management controls.
Operates with a security-first mindset and works closely with Honor's Cybersecurity Team to review current and future controls for compliance with industry best-practices.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
Associate's degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school equivalent to approximately 64 credit hours, or equivalent certification(s).
Bachelor's degree or Microsoft 365 Associate or Expert Certifications strongly preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Three years to five years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
Three plus years of direct experience in Microsoft 365 products and services including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra, Exchange, and Intune: as well PowerShell, Windows 11, and other Microsoft products and services.
Identity and Access Management, Collaboration Services, SSO/SAML, Group Policy, Active Directory, Mobile Device Management, SAAS Administration experience required.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Must have demonstrated ability to keep finances in order.
Must be organized and able to create meaningful documentation.
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
Highly self-motivated and directed.
Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment.
Must be a highly detailed.
