What happens if you are selected for the position?
In response to the financial challenge, the company has suspended promotional pay forthis postinguntil further notice. Once the financial challenge is met, we will review pay against the pay range taking into consideration factors such as internal equity, prior work experience, etc. Any pay adjustments at that time will not be retroactive. Federal, State and Local taxes are not taken into consideration when evaluating a potential offer.
You decide to accept or decline the offer within the pre-specified timeline.
How to manage the transition to your new role?
You work with your current and new leader to determine a start date in your new position. Typically, this transition occurs in 2-3 pay cycles, but longer transition times can occur due to current business unit needs.
You should speak with your new leader about your primary storm assignment in your new role.
In certain location or job-specific roles, you may be required to complete a background check and drug screen to obtain physical and/or cyber access or to meet compliance requirements.

Job Summary
Supports strategic projects, strategy development, analysis, and planning for the business unit by working with cross- functional groups across the business unit and Company. Prepares and, at times, delivers key presentations to the leadership team. Span of control: 0; individual contributor job.
Key Accountabilities
Provides support in developing strategic presentations, executive summaries, and annual planning cycle deliverables for the business unit
Prepares, analyzes, and delivers monthly business and financial summaries aas necessary
Supports the business unit's communication needs as required
Supports detailed financial models to support the long-term planning process and business cases for major project/investments
Supports and/or leads cross-functional teams to investigate, analyze, and make recommendations on current strategic or operational issues to leadership.
Participates in the creation and development of the organization's scorecard and operating plan
Serves as an internal consultant to the business unit, as required, to support the overall strategy
Researches and prepares internal and external communications and presentations for leadership
Acts as liaison for various business unit initiatives, including strategic planning, human resources, communication, and regulatory initiatives
Supports ad-hoc reporting as needed
Uses continuous improvement tools to identify defects and improve processes
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 3 years of job-relevant experience (e.g., in strategy, engineering, finance, and/or business)
Other Qualifications
Preferred
Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, finance, business, or related discipline
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA)
Other Requirements
Proficient verbal, written and presentation skills; communicates clearly with credibility and confidence
Extensive knowledge of data analysis; ability to summarize data effectively and provide appropriate summaries in response to common business questions
Experience with cost and performance metrics; especially interpretation, trending and writing high level performance commentary
Analytic and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify key issues from a broad range of alternatives and recommend optimal solutions for various situations
Ability to develop and coordinate cross-functional work groups and projects yielding optimal outcomes
Strong project and time management skills
Ability to work with shifting priorities and embrace new or evolving responsibilities
