RECOVERY RESIDENCE PROGRAM  ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR – This full time position will provide oversight for Three Fires Recovery Residence; will provide recovery and life skill coaching directly to the program participants, as well as training, supervision and support to the recovery coaches and In-House Managers; will coordinate and lead services and complete the corresponding documentation in the absence of Recovery Residence Program Supervisor.  Coach and guide recovery house residents in their personal recovery journeys.  New resident orientation, initial screen and move in support.  Conduct random urine drug screens of all residents; conduct random room and personal property searches; manage chore schedule, house supplies and maintenance concerns. Respond to resident and home emergencies. Address resident behavioral concerns. Use Recovery Coaching to maximize the opportunity to create a recovery environment.  Link people served to appropriate aftercare services and community resources. Complete and sign documentation before end of shift. Complete Service Activity logs in accordance with departmental standards; comply with attendance and punctuality policies, as well as all other agency policies and procedures.  Audit client records, support client recovery goas as identified by their recovery plan, observe and record medication management, observe and record urinalysis, other office duties as needed and escort terminated clients off grounds.  Program Supervisors are responsible for compliance with and maintenance of CARR and MARR accreditation.
