Main Responsibilities:
Evaluate program profitability within reporting unit, including pricing and BOM reviews for accuracy.
Maintain accurate intercompany accounting / records.
Assist controller with properly and timely capitalizing CIP assets while also monitoring for idle and impaired assets. Assist with asset transfer and disposal accounting process.
Assist controller to maintain accurate inventory accounting and OBS reserves.
Maintain departmental spending check books and monitor compared to budget.
Prepare month-end journal entries and post-closing account reconciliations, and assist with resolution for any unreconciled or unusual items.
Assist controller with month-end variance analysis, and continuous improvement tracking.
Timely reporting of all key financial information for respective business unit or reporting unit, including HFM statistical accounts.
Additional Responsibilities:
Assist with physical inventories and fixed asset inventories.
Assist controller with forecast and budget development.
Assist controller with the implementation of all standard financial procedures as issued by the central accounting teams.
Timely react on any requests from external parties.

Required Education Level:
Bachelor's Level Degree
Area of Study: Business Administration, Financial/Controlling (Accounting, Finance, Controlling, etc.), or similar.
*Equivalent work experience may also be considered for certain positions.
Required Qualifications: 5-7 Minimum Years of Experience in an industrial company, preferably within the automotive industry. | Must be able and willing to travel.
