General Responsibilities:
This position encompasses the responsibility of all tasks in association with Retail Services, Insurance and Investment company, supporting all branches.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities are to supervise, monitor, train and develop the staff of United Bank of Michigan and its affiliates to provide for sustained growth and profitability of its deposit products, retail loan products and insurance products. Other duties include: creating, developing, maintaining and monitoring policies, monitors overall asset quality of consumer loans, implementing training and incentive programs, the purchasing and monitoring of all software in these areas, analyzing history and trends and developing sales programs and general monitoring of all Federal, State or Local laws to ensure compliance. Serves as a member of the Senior Management Group, Compliance Committee, ALCO Committee and Robbery Team. Responsible for areas of compliance as it relates to Retail Administration. Undertakes special projects relating to departmental services as assigned.
Supervisor Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for the direct supervision of the Branch Administration Assistant.
This position is also responsible for direct supervision of the following subordinate supervisors departments: Branches, Consumer Lending, Business Development, Insurance Agency and Investment Center.

Education and/or Experience:
Masters degree (M. A.) or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
