The individual who fills this position demonstrates that he or she is capable of carrying-out the following roles and responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall customer service for the office.
- Responsible for phone calls, referrals, and ensuring that all consumers and visitors needs are met.
- Must train and follow-up with required office procedures to ensure efficiency.
- Keep Clerical Supervisor informed to any concerns and/or emergencies that may affect the organization.
- Responsible for office manager’s request and ensuring they are followed up in a timely manner.
- Present a professional manner to the public, clients and all other agencies as necessary.
- Provide great customer service to anyone they come in contact with at the office.

- Possess organizational skills, and phenomenal people skills.
