Location:Hybrid - 3 days/week onsite

Role Overview:We are seeking a skilled Product Analyst to join our Transformation team, focusing on supporting Booking and Funding. In this role, you will be a direct contact for the User Experience team, engaging in focus groups, dealer interviews, and feedback sessions. Your goal will be to ensure our new platform meets user needs and aligns with our business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and user experience, to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations. You will play a critical role in advocating and executing the product vision, strategic direction, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with our broader transformation goals.
Responsibilities:
- Review existing processes and help create future state process maps.
- Review and validate finalized future state process maps.
- Collaborate with product managers and development teams to define product requirements, create user stories, and prioritize features related to booking and funding user-interface.
- Configure and review our new platform and build workflows.
- Update process documentation post-configuration.
- Participate in testing, business sign-off, and informing business stakeholders.
- Formalize design decisions.
- Refine the product backlog.
- Build integrations for validated business processes.
Skills Required:
- Experience in monitoring product performance.
- Ability to work with multiple functional areas, including business operations, product organization, engineering, UX/UI, sales, customer support, finance, or marketing.
- Effective and inclusive team player with a results-oriented mindset and a data-driven approach.
Skills Preferred:
- Strategic thinking with a passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Experience Required:
- Experience working with agile software delivery teams.
- Experience with UAT testing and/or configurations.
Experience Preferred:
- Experience working with automotive dealers.
- Experience with RouteOne.
- Experience with JIRA.
- Experience with Alfa.
Education Required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
