- High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED)
- Obtained Associate’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Technology or equivalent in addition to a minimum three years experience; OR minimum of five years previous work experience with robotics and automation in addition to obtaining certification in Fanuc/Yaskawa robotics
- Basic understanding of PLCs, electrical, and mechanical systems, with the ability to replace sensors and cables, airlines, and fittings
- Experience in the following areas: laser cutting, spot welding, MIG welding, Vision systems, CNC, laser welding and Dispense software
- Experience in Spot tool, True control, Laser mech, Fanuc 3dl vision, and Medar software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Applications (e.g. word, excel, outlook, etc)
