BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Must be 18 years old or older. Must be available full time, weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand at all times. Has the ability to lift items for the majority of the day and up to 50 pounds at one time. Has knowledge of food service sanitation as it relates to receiving, storage and producing food items. Ability to work in hot and cold conditions both consistently and rotationally. Can read and comprehend receiving and packing slips to verify accuracy. Has good math skills and knows units of measurements to verify accuracy of orders. Ability to explain and communicate specification standards to purveyors. Must possess a high degree of cleanliness. Should possess good communication and organizational skills.
