Job Description:
- Provide safe and efficient transportation services to passengers in the Marquette, MI area.
- Tasks include driving passengers to various local destinations, assisting with luggage, and ensuring a comfortable journey.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness inside/ outside the vehicle, including washing, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Conduct basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues.
- Manage fare collection and provide accurate change to passengers.
- Completing end of shift paperwork accuratly.
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and company policies regarding passenger transport.
- Build positive relationships with passengers through professional and courteous service.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 23 years of age.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- Good driving record with knowledge of local area roads and destinations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to navigate efficiently and manage time effectively.
- Physical ability to assist passengers and handle luggage as needed.
- Comfortable with using technology, such as GPS and Smartphone.
Requirements:
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
- Applicants should be reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work flexibly according to transportation demand.
- Must have reliable transportation to the starting point of shifts.
