POSITION DETAILS
In this position, you will have a direct impact on enhancing a child's ability to succeed. The BCBA will provide support to our in-home and center-based ABA program. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
* Supervising the behavioral technician implementation of programming
* Completing assessments
* Parent training
* Client specific program development
* Other miscellaneous duties assigned
Earn up to $84,885 annually
Schedule flexibility: The ABA Center is open 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM during the school year, and in-home services are operational all day until 7:30 PM

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
* Minimum of a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis
* Current BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) or BCBA eligibility
* Michigan BCBA Licensure
* Minimum of (1) one year ABA experience
* BCaBA would also be considered
