Estimated annual base pay: $77,600.00 (minimum) - $97,000.00 (midpoint) - $116,400.00 (maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a Supplier Manager, we have an exciting opportunity for you. Woodward is hiring 2 Supplier Manager's to work out of our Loves Park, IL, Niles, IL, Fort Collins, CO, Santa Clarita, CA and/or Zeeland MI locations. These individuals will work with a variety of suppliers and part categories and commodities to ensure metrics and deliverables are met.
What You Will Be Doing
Manage
Manage supplier performance to QDRC metrics as they relate to Purchasing goals.
Using supplier metrics, identify areas of concern and drive corrective action around QDRC.
Understands the associated commodity strategies and supports execution of sourcing strategies within the commodity strategy and framework, including supplier assessments, development and business transitions.
Travels to assigned suppliers as necessary (domestic and international).
Experience with supplier performance improvement projects and activities.
Ensures compliance with requirements in various contractual agreements.
Resolves CoE crisis management issues that involve supplier, including expediting, recovery plans, supplier on-site visits, etc.
Facilitates periodic performance reviews with key suppliers to review performance, establish corrective action plans, and ensure implementation of those action plans.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Materials, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business or Engineering or equivalent of education and experience is required.
2 or more years of experience in a purchasing role.
Experience in multiple procurement categories.
Ability to travel domestic and internationally up to 20%, depending on supplier management needs.
Background and experience in supplier management of mechanically engineered components, critical systems enablers, special processes and raw materials is strongly desired.
