Initiate and perform all basic respiratory care techniques including, but not limited to blood gas analysis, equipment rounds, compressed gas therapy, basic ventilator parameters. Trained in Cardio-Pulmonary Association standards, administers medication including: antibiotic bronchodilators. Stock disignated ares with respiratory care equipment.
High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Acceptance in a Respiratory Therapy Program or previous respiratory therapy experience. Some laborary experience or patient care experience.
