The Digital Marketer is responsible for building initial SEO strategy for new customers as well as maintaining site performance and identify performance improvement opportunities for existing clients. This role is focused on defining initial SEO strategy based on performance factors including market opportunities, competitiveness, and existing web presence. In addition, this role requires an enthusiasm using automation and AI to improve performance outcomes for clients.
Location: Hybrid preferred, will consider US remote candidates.
About The Role
In this opportunity as Digital Marketer, you will:
Work as part of a team, completing varied work assignments, collaborating with others and
communicating work status.
Consult with internal and external client to implement effective digital marketing strategies.
Deliver website architecture, onsite and offsite optimization, local optimization, and content creation.
Understand and use performance metrics to refine and improve onsite and offsite SEO performance.
Ensure that deliverables comply with internal standards and practices, industry standards, and corporate policies.
Maintain proficiency in company business systems including CMS, analytics and tracking software.
Meet or exceed the on-time task percentage established for the team.
Uphold FindLaw's Digital Marketing fulfillment quality standards.
Maintain an ongoing understanding of the digital marketing industry's changes and trends.
Identify and remediate on and off-site performance issues.
About You
You're a fit for the role of Digital Marketer if your background includes most of the following:
Having significant knowledge of digital marketing including SEO, social media, and local search.
Familiarity with reading, and analyzing information in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Adobe Analytics, SEMRush, and Screaming Frog.
Skilled in diagnosing and fixing website performance problems.
Enthusiasm for Digital Marketing and using AI and automation to improve performance outcomes for clients.
Time manage multiple client projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Minimum of 2 years experience in creating and implementing SEO strategies and tactics.
4-Year degree preferred. Digital Marketing, Marketing or Business preferred.
Spanish experience favored.
