The Technology & Cybersecurity Development Program is a highly structured two-year rotation program within functional areas of the Technology and Cybersecurity organizations. It is designed for graduates starting their career in Technology and Cybersecurity. This program provides experience to the next generation of technical leaders through working on active projects and journeys, directly impacting and influencing project outcomes, identifying, and recommending enhancements to existing processes and procedures, and exposure to both innovative technologies as well as the impact of technology and cybersecurity on internal business units and the external client base.
Program Description
Our program consists of three eight-month rotations through departments within Technology and Cybersecurity to provide rotation program participants with the foundation to progress into roles of increasing complexity and responsibility throughout our organizations. During each rotation, colleagues will have the opportunity to explore new and innovative technology through interaction with leaders, peers, and training. Departments include, but are not limited to:
Business Information Office
Data Engineering
Enterprise Platform Engineering
Enterprise Security (Threat Intelligence, SOC, Cyber Fraud Operations, etc.)
Office of the Chief Technology Officer
Technology Shared Services
After successful completion of the program, participants will be placed in a position that fits their background, experience, and performance in the program as well as the needs of the Technology & Cybersecurity organizations.
Position Responsibilities
During the program, participants will have the opportunity to:
Develop strong working relationships with all levels of colleagues including senior leadership
Participate in projects, journeys, and operational activities
Identify, evaluate, and determine areas of risk and mitigation tactics
Identify and recommend enhancements to existing processes/procedures
Present rotation highlights to leaders across Technology and Cybersecurity at the end of each rotation
Travel is not required of this position.
Relocation is not available for this position.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in: Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, I/O Engineering, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering, Information Management, and Cybersecurity
3.0 (GPA) overall grade point average
1 year of experience leading or participating in group projects
