BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Laboratory Technician - for a Manufacturing Technician - I (Evening) (Onsite)! Position Title: Manufacturing Technician Location: Aloha, OR (Onsite) Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. Expected Duration: 6 Months contract Job Type: [FULL TIME (>=40 HRS WEEKLY)/ [CONTRACT], [Aloha, OR] Pay Range: [$20hr] - [$22hr] Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Job Description: * Manufacturing Technicians operate complex equipment and analytical tools in a ESD environment. * Multi-tasked responsibilities include non-standard processing and problem-solving, as well as actual processing of state-of-the-art device. * Primary job duties are to maximize output using constraint management Techniques while sustaining process, equipment issues, training and cross training cluster members while building a self-sustaining cluster team. Skills: Good problem-solving ability is a must. * Must be a self-starter capable of managing own activities as well as supporting team activities. * Basic math skills are required. Candidate must be flexible and capable of handling multi-task operations and attention to detail is must. * Prefer some cleanroom experience.
