The Lansing Board of Water & Light has an opening for an Analyst, Organizational Change Management located in Lansing, MI.

Starting Salary Range: $66,927. - $79,643.
Position Summary:
The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst is responsible for assisting with employee transition through change by utilizing the Prosci ADKAR methodology. This will include identifying change impacts, developing change management plans and implementing these plans of varying change Projects within the company. The analyst will build and develop organizational change, track the performance and effectiveness of the changes by utilizing visualizations of key metrics of change projects.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for corporate organizational change management initiative: including education, coaching and consultation for executive staff, management team and other change practitioners.
- Support activities related to success metrics, driving change management maturity, and ensuring compliance with established practices.
- Identifies, trains, coaches, develops, and certifies all organizational change practitioners such as Leadership, Change Ambassadors, department training leads, and Subject Matter Experts.
- Support OCM activities through projects: including successful communication and training of impacted employees, execution of change management activities and reinforcement of change.
- Facilitate interactions and quality communications between project teams and end user groups to ensure clarity and understanding throughout implementation.
- Provide input and suggestions into process improvements.
- Understand any modifications needed throughout an implementation project and verify results.
- Develop and deliver status reports, documentation, presentations, reference materials and job aids.
- Work with project teams and managers to identify job/position impacts, potential role changes, and skills gaps.
- Ensure change impact mitigation plans are created and delivered.
- Manage all aspects of Change Readiness Assessments.
- Build, develop, and grow business relationships with project stakeholders at multiple levels and locations vital to the success of the deployment of the project.
