- Pay range: $38.59 - $45.73/hr (this rate is inclusive of the $3.40/hr. Michigan Skilled Nursing Facility Direct Care Worker Pass-Through approved rate; current approval through September 30, 2025)
- Night Shift Differential: 7p - 11p -$1.90 & 11p - 7a -$1.35

Job Summary:
The summary of this position but not limited to: To provide guidance to the CNAs, oversee their duties as outlined in their job description, assist the supervisory personal with coordinating nursing services, prepare and administer medications, treatments (according to scope or practice), Complete daily documentation, admissions and discharges, assisting with staff, routine nursing and assisting manager's.
What it takes:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN).
- Active State of Michigan RN License.
- Must be CPR certified.
- Minimum of one (1) year working with the frail and elderly.
